SMEs start another HUF 1.1bn of investments in Zahony belt

SMEs in the Zahony belt, an area in the northeast that Hungary aims to turn into a logistics hub for the region, have started another HUF 1.1bn in investments, the government coordinator for the project Sandor Kis Kalnoki told MTI on Monday. EU funding and state co-financing are covering 40pc of the cost of the investments, Mr Kalnoki said.
